TCSJOHNHUXLEY and 50 Cent to Debut Headcrack at G2E

The land-based casino game adapts three-dice street game Cee-Lo with Bank, Shooter and Tie bets, plus side wagers built around combinations including 4-5-6.

Table gaming supplier TCSJOHNHUXLEY has partnered with rapper and entrepreneur Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson to launch 50 Cent Headcrack, a new live casino dice game based on Cee-Lo.

The game will make its debut at G2E Las Vegas 2026, taking place at The Venetian Expo from September 29 to October 1. TCSJOHNHUXLEY will demonstrate the product at booth 4439.

50 Cent Headcrack adapts the traditional three-dice game for regulated land-based casinos by introducing a dealer, a published pay table and a structure in which customers bet on the outcome rather than playing the street-game format directly.

Players Bet on Bank, Shooter or Tie

Each hand pits the Bank against the Shooter, with customers able to wager on either side or on a Tie. The structure is similar to baccarat's Banker, Player and Tie betting format, although the outcome is determined using three dice and Cee-Lo rules.

The strongest combination is 4-5-6. When it appears, the table announces "Headcrack" and activates a skull-and-dice display.

The game also includes a selection of side bets covering specific outcomes. These include 5-5-6, Headcrack, Any Trips, the 1-2-3 Natural Bust and a bundled Cover All wager. A separate Four or Better option is also available.

Cee-Lo is also known as Four-Five-Six and has multiple regional variations. TCSJOHNHUXLEY and Jackson have retained the three-dice format and familiar combinations while restructuring the game for a licensed casino table.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY Offers Two Headcrack Formats

Casinos will be able to deploy 50 Cent Headcrack in two versions.

The Single Roll Edition settles side bets after every roll. The Ride the Roll Edition keeps side wagers active across multiple rolls until the game establishes a Point, Natural Win or Natural Bust.

Both versions use the same core game and can operate with manually rolled dice or TCSJOHNHUXLEY's D-i-Shaker system.

The different formats give casino operators flexibility over how frequently wagers are settled while retaining the same Bank, Shooter and Tie structure.

50 Cent Brings Cee-Lo to a Licensed Casino Product

Jackson said the Headcrack name is drawn from terminology associated with winning dice rolls in New York, where Cee-Lo has long been played informally.

The collaboration turns that street-game concept into a commercial table product carrying the 50 Cent brand.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg said the project combines Jackson's entertainment brand with the supplier's live gaming experience. The company will use G2E to introduce the game to casino operators and demonstrate its mechanics.

The launch forms part of TCSJOHNHUXLEY's wider G2E Las Vegas 2026 showcase, which will also include live casino equipment, roulette products, RFID table technology, intelligent display systems and other gaming-floor products.

No commercial casino placement for 50 Cent Headcrack had been publicly announced at the time of the initial launch announcement.
