Kazakhstan Issues International Wanted Notices Over Alleged Illegal iGaming Operations

Kazakhstan’s Agency for Financial Monitoring of Kazakhstan announced on 2 February that it has placed US citizen Dmitry Druzhinsky and Ukrainian citizen Marina Levkovich (Ginzburg) on a wanted list in connection with an alleged illegal gambling operation linked to the brands PIN-UP and PINCO.

According to investigators, the suspects allegedly used a licensed bookmaker entity, Bonami LLP, operating under the PIN-UP.KZ brand, as a front to conceal online casino activities. Authorities claim that revenues generated from the illegal operation were subsequently laundered via cryptocurrency channels.

A Kazakh court has approved pre-trial detention in absentia for both individuals.
