BOYLE Sports has launched a new advertising campaign starring former France international David Ginola to promote its Squad Builder football betting product.
The campaign launched on September 23, 2026 across television, video-on-demand, digital, social media and BOYLE Sports customer channels. Ginola appears in the commercial explaining how Squad Builder works directly to viewers.
Squad Builder allows customers to select between two and five footballers from major leagues and combine their performances into a single bet.
Users choose one of seven available statistical targets. BOYLE Sports lists goals, assists, shots, tackles and cards among the supported categories. Rather than requiring every selected player to reach an individual target, their statistics are combined toward one overall squad total.
The structure gives BOYLE Sports a variation on individual player-prop betting by allowing customers to build a group of players whose combined performance determines the result of the wager.
The operator introduced Squad Builder ahead of the 2026/27 football season, with the Ginola campaign now being used to increase awareness of the product.
The commercial was produced by creative agency Boldspace and directed by Elliot Simpson.
It begins with two football fans discussing Squad Builder before Ginola interrupts and addresses the camera himself. BOYLE Sports said the concept was inspired by the celebrity cameos used to explain financial concepts in the film The Big Short.
The operator has produced both 60-second and 30-second versions of the campaign. A separate variation featuring Ginola promotes BOYLE Sports' Early Payout offer, which settles eligible football bets as winners when the backed team moves two goals ahead during a match, even if it later draws or loses.
The campaign adds to BOYLE Sports' recent investment in football marketing.
The operator has signed agreements to become an official betting partner of Leeds United and Nottingham Forest, while continuing its front-of-shirt sponsorship of West Ham United.
Squad Builder gives BOYLE Sports another football-specific product to promote alongside those partnerships, with the new campaign focused on explaining its combined player-statistics mechanic rather than a conventional match-result market.
