A Brazilian court has ordered Spribe to disconnect its game Aviator from unlicensed operators within 10 days or face daily fines of up to $19,450.

A court in Brazil ordered provider Spribe to cut off its game Aviator from operators working in the country without a license within 10 days, according to a report by iGaming Times. Spribe must implement mechanisms capable of tracking and blocking illegal use of the game, and must provide a full list of all operators, aggregators, and distributors currently offering access to the title, along with disclosing related domains, integrations, and APIs.
Non-compliance carries a daily fine of $19,450, capped at a maximum of $1.94 million. The ruling follows a lawsuit filed on September 10 by the Federal District Prosecutor's Office against Spribe, seeking $21.38 million in compensation for collective moral damages. Prosecutors allege that Aviator continues operating on illegal platforms despite control measures Spribe had previously claimed to have implemented.
If Spribe cannot demonstrate that it has disconnected illegal integrations, prosecutors could seek a full blockade of Aviator within Brazil. The case follows a separate legal win for Spribe in Malta, where companies linked to Aviator Studio were barred from using the "Aviator" name or related domain names. Together, the two cases illustrate Spribe's parallel efforts to both defend its trademark against imitators and demonstrate compliance oversight over how its licensed game is distributed across operators worldwide.
