Duel Fires Dealer Over AI Video Mocking Muslim Streamer

Crypto casino Duel apologized and fired a live dealer after an AI-generated video depicted Muslim streamer Sneako praying on a blackjack table.

Crypto casino Duel published an AI-generated video showing streamer Sneako, who has 131,500 followers on Kick and converted to Islam, performing prayer on a blackjack table. Following widespread criticism, the operator apologized and dismissed live blackjack dealer Nelly, who had previously posted selfies featuring Nazi symbolism and antisemitic statements on her X profile.

In its statement, Duel acknowledged that the video was created entirely by its own content team and called the juxtaposition of Islamic imagery with gambling content a mistake, pledging to strengthen content quality controls going forward. Separately, Duel ambassador and influencer Clavicular called Sneako live on Kick and confirmed that Nelly was responsible for creating the video. Sneako criticized the operator sharply on his X profile, while Nelly confirmed her dismissal on her own X account.

The incident adds to a pattern of controversy surrounding Duel's content practices, following earlier reports of dealers making discriminatory remarks during live sessions. The operator's decision to publicly attribute the video to a specific employee and confirm her termination suggests an effort to contain reputational fallout following the backlash from both the streamer and his audience.
