The new Evolution studio will make its wider North American debut in November, with its first slot already revealed and additional releases scheduled for 2027.

Evolution has launched Spinning Whale, a new online slots brand developed primarily for the North American market.
The studio joins Evolution's existing portfolio of slot brands, which includes Nolimit City, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Sneaky Slots.
Evolution said Spinning Whale was created around the preferences of North American slot players, including differences in themes, volatility, mechanics and visual presentation. The games will also be available for wider international distribution where appropriate.
Spinning Whale will debut with 888 Dragon's Fortune Hold'n'Win, an Asian-themed slot influenced by the style of traditional land-based casino machines.
Evolution has adapted that visual and mechanical approach for online casino players in the US, reflecting the studio's focus on content designed specifically for North American audiences rather than simply localising games developed for other regions.
The company plans a wider North American rollout of Spinning Whale in November 2026.
Additional titles from the studio are scheduled to arrive during 2027.
Jacob Claesson, CEO of Evolution North America, said the company sees an opportunity to increase the number of games developed with US player preferences in mind from the beginning of the production process.
The supplier expects some Spinning Whale games to appeal outside North America as well, but the US will remain the studio's initial focus.
Spinning Whale titles will be distributed exclusively through Evolution's One Stop Shop platform.
OSS allows operators to access games from multiple Evolution-owned studios through a single integration. The addition of Spinning Whale means existing operator partners can add the new content alongside titles from brands such as NetEnt, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming.
For Evolution, the new brand expands the range of slot styles it can offer without requiring its existing studios to target every player segment with the same development approach.
The company has increasingly used separate studio identities to cover different themes, mathematical models and gameplay styles within its RNG portfolio.
Sneaky Slots, for example, launched in 2025 with a focus on character-driven themes and faster entertainment, while Nolimit City is associated with high-volatility games and distinctive proprietary mechanics.
Spinning Whale adds a geographically focused proposition to that portfolio, with North American player behaviour influencing development from the outset.
Evolution has also continued expanding its wider US operations in 2026, including additional live casino capacity and new operator partnerships.
The November rollout will provide the first broader test of whether a dedicated North America-focused slot brand can strengthen Evolution's RNG position alongside its established live casino business in the region.
The package calls for platform penalties, a central list of illegal operators and a pilot targeting payment, hosting and other infrastructure supporting the unlicensed market.
The streamer says Cypriot police acted following a request from Kazakhstan, but there is currently no official confirmation of his detention or an extradition process.
