External AI assistants can now query Fast Track AI in natural language, access permitted player and CRM information and receive answers without integrating separately with individual platform features.

iGaming CRM provider Fast Track has added support for external AI agents, allowing third-party assistants to communicate directly with Fast Track AI and access operator data within existing permission controls.
Previously, users primarily interacted with Fast Track AI through the company's own interface. The new integration extends that capability to external AI environments, allowing an operator's other agents or assistants to ask questions that require information held inside Fast Track.
For example, an AI assistant used by another department could request information about a specific player or business activity. Fast Track AI interprets the request, finds the relevant information and returns the answer without requiring the external agent to understand the structure of the CRM or its individual functions.
The integration is built around Model Context Protocol, or MCP, a standard designed to allow AI applications to interact with external tools and data.
Instead of integrating separately with segmentation, reporting, player data and other CRM functions, an external agent connects to a single Fast Track endpoint.
Fast Track AI then handles the underlying interaction with the platform.
Requests are made in natural language, similar to questions entered directly into Fast Track AI. Conversations can also retain context between requests, allowing an external assistant to continue working on the same task rather than starting again each time.
Fast Track says it has verified the integration with Claude Code and has also tested connections with other AI models.
Connecting an external AI agent does not give it unrestricted access to an operator's CRM.
Users authenticate through their normal Fast Track account, and each request runs with the permissions assigned to the person who signed in.
If that user cannot access certain information or perform a particular action inside Fast Track, the connected AI agent cannot bypass those restrictions.
The integration must also be enabled for the individual operator before it can be used.
This structure allows companies to make CRM intelligence available to AI tools used by different teams while retaining the access controls already configured inside Fast Track.
The external-agent integration is the latest in a series of AI-focused product releases from Fast Track over the past year.
Fast Track AI launched in September 2025 as a natural-language interface for CRM. It initially allowed users to query live player and business data conversationally rather than navigating individual reports and platform sections manually.
In May 2026, Fast Track expanded the product with agentic workflows. The system could move beyond answering questions and carry out multi-step CRM tasks, including analysis, player segmentation, campaign creation and other actions based on a goal provided by the user.
On September 23, the company introduced True Value, a player valuation model designed to assess the underlying economic value of gameplay rather than relying only on realised GGR. The model incorporates factors including RTP, volatility, staking behaviour and bonuses.
The latest update extends the same AI layer beyond Fast Track's own user interface. Instead of requiring every employee or AI system to work directly inside the CRM, Fast Track AI can now act as the intermediary between external agents and the operator's underlying player and business data.
The suspension affects eight casino brands operating under licence MGA/B2C/340/2016, while the operator remains responsible for outstanding obligations to players and partners.
