Lucky7 Ventures Sells LuckyDays and SpinAway B2C Business Outside Canada

LuckyDays and SpinAway will stop serving non-Canadian players from October 6, while existing affiliate player bases and commissions outside Canada will not transfer to the new owner.

Lucky7 Ventures has sold the international B2C operations of its LuckyDays and SpinAway brands outside Canada, according to a notice distributed to affiliate partners.

The buyer has not been disclosed, and no financial terms have been announced.

From October 6, 2026, LuckyDays and SpinAway will stop operating with players outside Canada under their existing structure. The transaction does not cover their Canadian operations.

Affiliate Commissions Outside Canada End October 6

The change will have an immediate impact on affiliates working with LuckyDays and SpinAway in international markets.

According to the affiliate communication, commissions generated from non-Canadian players will stop accruing from October 6.

Existing affiliate player bases outside Canada will also not transfer under their current commercial arrangements. This means partners will lose the accumulated player base attached to their existing Lucky7 agreements rather than continuing to receive revenue from those customers after the ownership change.

The company said affiliates will have an opportunity to continue working with LuckyDays and SpinAway under the new owner.

However, those partnerships will start under new commercial terms and with a clean player base. Existing referred players and the revenue history connected to them will not carry over.

The communication does not specify whether affiliates will need to sign entirely new agreements or when the new owner will begin contacting partners.

Buyer and Deal Terms Remain Undisclosed

Lucky7 Ventures has not identified the company acquiring the international B2C business.

The affiliate notice also does not provide a purchase price, explain which legal entities are included in the transaction or disclose whether staff, technology agreements or other assets are transferring to the buyer.

The information currently available therefore establishes a change in ownership and the October 6 transition date, but leaves the wider structure of the transaction unclear.

Canada remains outside the announced disposal, allowing Lucky7 Ventures to retain its operations in that market.

Superbet Acquired 60% of Lucky7 Ventures in 2020

Lucky7 Ventures has been majority owned by Superbet Group since 2020.

Superbet acquired a 60% stake in the online casino company as part of its international expansion strategy. Lucky7 Ventures had developed LuckyDays and SpinAway as multi-market casino brands targeting jurisdictions across Europe and the Americas.

The latest transaction represents a significant change to that international strategy, with the non-Canadian B2C business now moving to an undisclosed new owner.

For affiliates, the most immediate consequence comes on October 6, when commissions from players outside Canada stop and existing databases are closed under the current agreements.
