Football journalist and transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who has more than 70 million social media followers, will speak at the SBC Summit 2026 conference in Lisbon on September 30, participating in a discussion about working with betting brands and affiliates, according to a report by SBC News.

In August, Romano stated that he would abandon his previous format for covering transfers after the summer transfer window closed, promising to reveal details later, though no new plans have been announced since. The conference will also feature appearances by basketball legend Michael Jordan, UFC fighter Charles Oliveira, and DraftKings co-founder and CEO Jason Robins.
