Wittmann Publishes Leaked Curacao Regulator Documents on Public Website

Over 40,000 files from the CGA breach, including operator ownership and corporate records, are now accessible on a dedicated site.

Berlin-based cybersecurity researcher Lilith Wittmann has published a portion of the data obtained from the breach of Curacao's gambling regulator, the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), on a dedicated website.

The site hosts more than 40,000 documents dated 2024, including ownership and management details for licensed iGaming operators, corporate registration paperwork and other confidential material.

Part of Wider Casino Secrets Investigation

Wittmann previously worked with Follow the Money, NRK, NDR, SVT and Jetzt.at on the Casino Secrets investigation, which used the same breached CGA data. That reporting identified the owners behind 646 Curacao-licensed operators and detailed a corporate network tied to SOFTSWISS, as well as its connection to Germany's largest illegal operator, Platincasino.

The CGA confirmed the breach on September 17, 2026, saying the threat had been contained and that a review was ongoing.
