Casoola requires account verification before withdrawals can be completed. Document reviews are stated to take approximately 24–48 hours, while withdrawal requests may remain pending for 1–5 days. The finance department operates Monday to Friday from 6 am to 5 pm GMT, with no weekend cashouts.
After processing, estimated payment times depend on the method used. E-wallet withdrawals are listed at 0–24 hours, cryptocurrencies at 0–1 hour, card payments at 1–5 days and bank transfers at 3–7 days. The minimum withdrawal is €10 and no withdrawal fees are listed.
Withdrawal limits are stated as €500 per day and €7,000 per month, although the amount available may also depend on gaming activity during the previous 90 days. Only one pending withdrawal can be held on an account at a time.
